Hot water circulation pump
The single-stage single-suction horizontal hot water centrifugal pump has a structure of horizontal suspension, radial part, rear door, and central support. It is suitable for transporting high-temperature and clean media. The product complies with GB/T3215 “General technical conditions for centrifugal pumps used in refineries, chemical and petrochemical processes”
CFD computational fluid dynamics is used to analyze and calculate the relationship between pressure distribution and speed distribution in the pump, and optimize the flow channel design of the pump to ensure that the pump has an efficient hydraulic profile and improve the efficiency of the pump.
The pump body adopts a central support method to prevent the stress concentration caused by inconsistent thermal expansion of the pump unit at high temperatures and the change of the coupling center when the pump is transporting high-temperature media. The pump bracket, pump cover, suspension body (bearing part) and mechanical seal gland all have cooling chambers, which can be cooled by cooling water or air at different temperatures.

It is mainly used for hot water circulation or organic heat exchange medium transportation in pipelines or closed loops in metallurgy, power stations, textiles, chemicals, heating and waste heat utilization systems.
