Nuclear power starts feed water pump
Nuclear power starting feed water pumps are designed and manufactured in accordance with RCC-M “Rules for the Design and Construction of Pressurized Water Reactor Nuclear Island Mechanical Equipment” or ASME “Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code”.
The pump is a horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump with double casings and impellers arranged in the same direction, with a horizontal centerline support structure.
This series has a double-shell structure. The external pressure-bearing shell is made by forging technology. It has strong pressure-bearing capacity, strong high-temperature resistance, and safe and reliable operation. The inner core adopts an overall pull-out design, which enables inspection and maintenance of the pump without moving the inlet and outlet pipelines.
When the start-up feed water pump is started, it supplies feed water to the steam generator during the heating period of the reactor coolant system; during the initial stage of reactor decommissioning, it supplies cooling water to the steam generator.
Scope of application:
It is used for the water supply system in the steam turbine building of 600MWe, 900MWe or 1000MWe pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant.
Performance parameters:
Flow: 200m³/h
Lift: 960m
Speed: 2950r/min
Design pressure: ~13MPa
Operating temperature: ~200℃
