The magnetic drive pump is a new energy-saving product that relies on a magnetic coupling to transmit power. It cancels the traditional shaft seal and coupling, turns the complex dynamic seal into a reliable static seal, and eliminates the phenomenon of running, popping, dripping and leaking of shaft filling.

According to the different requirements of users for conveying media, the magnetic drive pumps produced by our factory come in three forms.
(1) Made of perfluoroplastic reinforced alloy (power below 2.2KW).
(2) All flow-passing parts in contact with liquid are made of stainless steel. (Power below 37KW).
(3) The pump body is lined with fluoroplastic reinforced alloy, and the wheels and wheels are pressed with fluoroplastic reinforced alloy (the power is below 37KW.
These three types of pumps use different materials to expand the use of the pump. It has good resistance to sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, hydrofluoric acid, hydrochloric acid and nitric acid solutions.

Scope of application:
It can transport various media that are clean or contain a small amount of non-ferromagnetic particles. It is widely used in many fields such as chemical industry, petrochemical industry, coal chemical industry, chemical fiber, environmental protection, pharmaceuticals, bioengineering, printing and dyeing, etc. It is especially suitable for the transportation of flammable, explosive, toxic, harmful and valuable media. Within a certain range, it can completely replace the existing shaft seal centrifugal chemical process pump.
