Tangential flow pump
The tangential flow pump is a single-stage single-suction partial flow pump developed using patented technology. This pump is designed for small flow, high head, especially working conditions where solid-containing media are prone to wear.
Due to the use of tangential flow pump design technology, when the flow rate changes from zero to the design flow, the pump head is a constant value. This feature is especially suitable for use with nozzles, and is also suitable for various other situations that require the pump to have self-adjusting characteristics. occasion.
At the same time, the pump is not sensitive to the gap between the impeller and the front and rear pump covers. When the gap increases due to wear and corrosion, the performance of the pump basically does not change.
Due to its special design, when the flow deviates from the design point, there is no unbalanced radial force on the impeller and pump shaft, ensuring stable operation of the pump and long bearing life.
The impeller adopts a fully open structure and adopts appropriate mechanical seals and other seals to ensure no leakage during operation.
